UBS Continues to Attract Credit Suisse Managing Directors in Post-Merger Talent Acquisition

UBS continues to attract managing directors from its rival, Credit Suisse, even six months after the completion of their takeover. The latest addition to UBS is Jens Becker, who spent over 13 years at Credit Suisse and will now join UBS in the same capacity. Becker is not the only Credit Suisse banker making the move to UBS, as a significant number of them have been left uncertain about their future following the merger. UBS has taken advantage of this opportunity and has already hired 200 senior Credit Suisse bankers, particularly in key sectors where UBS was lacking market presence, such as US investment banking, technology, and healthcare banking.
