Battery start-up Morrow has launched Norway’s first battery cell production site in Arendal, aiming to deliver its first units by year-end. The factory, utilizing lithium iron phosphate technology, will produce 1 GWh annually, enough for 20,000 smaller electric cars, with plans for expansion to 14 GWh by 2029. CEO Lars Christian Bacher emphasized the importance of refining production processes during the initial phase.
