A U.S. District Court judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Elon Musk and Tesla, which accused them of manipulating Dogecoin’s price and causing $258 billion in damages. Judge Alvin Hellerstein ruled that Musk’s statements about Dogecoin were aspirational and not factual, stating no reasonable investor could rely on them. Following the ruling, Dogecoin’s price remained stable, trading at $0.10, down 20% over the past month.
