Butler will pay $300,000, while Armstrong will contribute $40,000, both denying any wrongdoing. The lawsuit, part of a broader legal battle involving Binance and its founder, alleges that their promotions contributed to the sale of unregistered securities, including Binance’s BNB token and BUSD stablecoin.
