Zurich Insurance Group achieved a record year in 2024, showcasing significant growth and success. This achievement is reflected in the remuneration of CEO Mario Greco, which has seen a slight increase compared to the previous year.
Greco’s total remuneration for 2024 amounted to CHF 9.88 million, up from CHF 9.83 million in 2023. His fixed basic salary rose to CHF 2.34 million, which includes pension entitlements and other remuneration, compared to CHF 2.29 million the previous year. Looking ahead, he is set to receive a 7 percent salary increase in 2025, raising his actual basic salary to CHF 1.90 million starting April 1, 2025.
The total remuneration for the Group Executive Board in 2024 was CHF 55.4 million, showing a slight decrease from CHF 55.9 million in 2023. The annual targets for the Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) and Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) will remain unchanged as a percentage of base salary.
