The firm was initially established in 2006 as Nautilus Capital by Bruno Verstraete. Over the years, it has positioned itself as a key player in the asset management industry, focusing on personalized and customized support for discerning clients and mandates.

Since 2012, the company has collaborated closely with Lakefield Partners in Zurich, where Verstraete was a founding partner. Recently, he has dedicated his efforts solely to his role as an asset manager in Vaduz, setting the stage for future growth with a revitalized brand and an expanded team.
