Glarner Kantonalbank has made a significant appointment to its Board of Directors. Susanne De Zordi will fill the position that became vacant following Sonja Stirnimann’s resignation in December 2024.

De Zordi currently leads the Financial Services division at BDO in Switzerland. She brings a wealth of experience in various areas, including:

• Accounting
• Controlling
• Auditing

Her professional background includes advising financial institutions on market law issues at a consulting firm in Zurich and Vaduz. With 20 years in auditing, 16 of which were spent at PricewaterhouseCoopers, her expertise is well-established. The proposal for her election will be presented at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 25, 2025.
