Fidelity International is enhancing its presence in Switzerland by focusing on its ETF sales strategy aimed at institutional clients. This initiative reflects the firm’s commitment to growing its market share in the region.

To lead this effort, Rocco Altobelli has been appointed as the Head of ETF & Indexing Distribution for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In this role, he will work on expanding Fidelity’s ETF distribution among institutional and wholesale clients, reporting directly to Tim Breitbach, who oversees ETF & Indexing Distribution for the DACH area.

Altobelli’s appointment follows the recent hiring of Pascal Schuler as Head of Sales for Switzerland, further emphasizing Fidelity’s dedication to the Swiss market. With valuable experience from his previous role in ETF sales at Invesco Asset Management, Altobelli is well-equipped to drive the firm’s growth in actively managed ETF solutions.
